The Harrington House waterfront property is located at the perfect halfway point between the Fishers Landing and Martinez Lake Resorts and is one of a kind. Overlooking Fishers Lagoon, this waterfront property features beautiful views of the lagoon and desert with two unique rentals, each includes acces to a shared, private dock. This rental is in pristine condition with all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. Please note that both of these units Do Not Allow Pets.
The Upper Unit sleeps 6 with an amazing waterfront view. This unit is a 2 bedroom/1bath with a full-size kitchen, living room, dining table and so much more. Bedroom one has (1) queen bed while bedroom two has a full-size bed and (1) set of twin bunk beds. There are 2 decks on this upper unit with one overlooking the lagoon/river and the other deck overlooking the desert complete with a bbq. There is also plenty of dedicated, shared off-street parking. a shared dock, WiFi and DirecTV included.
No Pets.
Bedding and towels provided. (Towels are for in home use only please).
Rates: $250/night or $300/ night for holidays plus $150 service fee. (Holidays require 3 night minimum).

The Lower Unit sleeps 8 and is a 2-bedroom 1-1/2 bath with a full-size kitchen, living room, dining table, modern upscale bathrooms with plenty of space. Bedroom one has (2) queen beds while bedroom two has (1) queen bed and (1) set of twin bunk beds. This unit is the perfect place for families or friends to make lasting memories.
Harrington House includes a shared dock for your boat as well as DirecTV and Wi-Fi. Relax under the covered breezeway or front patio, complete with a bbq. The sunsets from this rental are breathtaking as are the desert views in the morning. There is plenty of dedicated, shared off-street parking.

#35 Katie Dr is a family-friendly, comfortable, spacious vacation home located in the Pruitt City area of Fishers Landing Resort that sleeps 4-6 people. This modern 2-bedroom,1 bathroom rental is perfect for your river vacation. Featuring a modern kitchen with all the amenities including a full-size refrigerator, cold air conditioning, an outside BBQ area and use of the cornhole boards and bags located in the front patio. This rental is a short distance away from Fisher’s Landing Bar & Grill, the store as well as the launch ramps. Behind the unit is plenty of off-street parking and we accept dogs with manager approval. You will not be disappointed.

Just steps away from a river view, this house is complete with cold air conditioning, comfortable and features a full kitchen, living room, family friendly games and a BBQ. It has everything you need to enjoy the river life.
Sleeps 2-4 with a King Size bed in the bedroom and an air mattress for the living room.
